| Video toys are play toys that are captured on a video and presented in that form. They are true toys that can be seen and enjoyed by a video presentation.
Video toys provide infants, youngsters and grownups with a picture of an object in motion. In this case, the object is an image of a toy. Such images can be viewed with amusement, with pleasure, or with study.
Is a video toy the same as a video game? Yes, they are closely related. But a toy is an object you view or just look at with amusement. A game requires participation. Adding video to either of these just enunciates how they are displayed. A video toy is the object presented in television or computer media showing the item in motion. A video game, then, is the challenge presented in television or computer media showing a competition. |
